Admission Procedures

Steps for admission :

1. Complete the  application form.

2. Students applying grades 3-10^th needs to take an admission test. Brooklyn Amity School admission staff will contact with parents and arrange the date and time of the test.

3. Brooklyn Amity School  will evaluate the candidate’s records, admission test scores, and interview him/her and his/her parents to make a decision.

4. Payment of tuition deposit of $ 400.00, which will be credited towards your annual tuition, upon acceptance.

6. Parent or guardian will sign the enrolment agreement form.

5. A conformation of admission letter will be given to the parents.

Admissions Application Checklist

In order to evaluate an applicant, Brooklyn Amity School  must have:

A report of performance from previous school.

(Student’s previous year and current year report cards.)

A record of any standardized tests taken by the applicant.

Recommendation Letters from Teachers, Guidance Counselor or Principal

The score of the entrance exam, which will be taken at BAS.

An on-campus interview with the applicant and his/her parents.

A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate and current health records of the applicant.

School Records Transfer form

(to be signed by the parent and mailed to the student’s current school)

Not: Students selected for admission to kindergarten must be age five by the end of December of that school year.
