Brooklyn Amity School Earns College Board AP School Honor Roll Gold Recognition

Brooklyn Amity School is proud to announce that we have earned a place on the College Board’s AP School Honor Roll Gold Recognition. This national recognition highlights our school’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to Advanced Placement (AP) courses and supporting students on their journey toward college success.

The AP School Honor Roll, presented by the College Board, recognizes schools that demonstrate outstanding dedication to welcoming more students into AP courses while providing the academic support needed to help them thrive. This honor reflects a schoolwide culture that values challenge, growth, and opportunity.

Research consistently shows that students who participate in AP courses and exams are more likely to attend college and graduate on time.

Students who earn college credit through AP can accelerate their path to graduation and enter college with greater confidence. Even for students who do not earn college credit, AP coursework offers valuable early exposure to college-level expectations and helps build a strong college-going mindset.

This achievement is the result of a collective effort across our entire community. It reflects the dedication of our teachers, counselors, administrators, students, and families who work together to ensure that AP access and academic excellence remain a priority at Brooklyn Amity School.

We are honored by this recognition and grateful to the College Board and the AP community for acknowledging our commitment. Most importantly, we celebrate our students whose hard work, curiosity, and determination make achievements like this possible.

Congratulations to the entire Brooklyn Amity School community on this inspiring milestone.
